- Transaction Experience: Dietmar Ernst holds more than 20 years of experience as an advisor in corporate finance and internationalization and has completed numerous corporate finance transactions. After his studies, he worked with several renowned banks and private equity companies. By means of his work as a project leader in Mergers & Acquisitions at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and as an investment banker with Süd Private Equity, Dietmar Ernst acquired a diversified knowledge in the areas of financial transaction and financial advisory
